These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vidhook ("Service", "us", "we" or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. By using Vidhook, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Vidhook is a feedback collection tool that allows users to create online surveys. The Service is available to individuals and businesses. All users must comply with these Terms.

Survey creators must create an account to use the Service. Respondents do not need an account to provide feedback. Misuse of feedback data is strictly prohibited.

Vidhook offers free and paid subscription plans. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Since a subscription grants immediate access to paid features and services for the entire billing cycle, Vidhook does not provide refunds.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. We will only use your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. We collect first names, last names, emails, and phone numbers. Data is stored securely on Digital Ocean servers located in the United States. Vidhook does not share user data with third parties directly. Users may request account deletion by contacting hello@vidhook.io.

Vidhook reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, and without notice.

Vidhook is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Service is responsible for correctly storing and displaying survey results and insights. However, Vidhook is not responsible for the interpretation and quality of survey responses and AI-generated insights.

Vidhook reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
