Vidhook uses third-parties for payment processing, analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and error tracking.

• Paddle – Payment processing. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to the third-party whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
• PostHog – Analytics. It may collect Usage Data for analytical purposes.
• Sentry – Error tracking and system monitoring. It may collect Usage Data.
• OpenAI API – Used for feedback analysis, AI-generated insights, and recommendations.

User data is stored on DigitalOcean servers in the United States. We implement appropriate security measures to protect user data against unauthorized access, alteration, and loss.
